Frequently asked questions

Is there a free tier?
Yes. Starter is free forever — 100 emails / month, 200 MCP tool calls / month, 100 MB storage, unlimited data fetching. Email verification is required; no credit card.
What counts as an MCP tool call?
Every invocation of a tool exposed by the 320px MCP server — for example contacts.list, segments.resolve, or campaigns.send. Internal retries caused by network errors do not count against your allowance.
What happens when I exceed my Pro allowances?
Overage rates apply per metric: $2 per additional 1,000 emails, $3.50 per additional 1,000 MCP tool calls, and $1 per additional GB of storage per month. Data fetching stays unlimited.
Can I buy more seats?
Yes. Pro is $20 per seat per month. Each seat gets full console, CLI, and MCP access. Change seat count any time from Settings → Billing; we prorate.
Do you offer annual billing?
Pro is billed monthly by default. Annual billing (two months free) is available on Enterprise. Contact hello@320px.com.
Where is my data stored?
All data lives on Cloudflare's edge — D1 (SQLite) for relational records, R2 for object storage, KV for cache, Durable Objects for strongly consistent per-tenant state. Data residency can be pinned to a Cloudflare region on Enterprise.
Do you have an SLA?
Pro inherits Cloudflare's standard availability guarantees. Enterprise includes a written SLA, SSO, audit-log export, and a dedicated Durable Object per tenant.
How do I cancel?
Click Manage Billing in the Studio and cancel in one click. We do not pro-rate refunds, but your Pro features stay active until the end of the current billing period.
